Composition:
Each 1 gr. Exoderm cream
contains: Naftifine
Hydrochloride 10 mg
Each 1 gr. Exoderm Gel contains:
Naftifine Hydrochloride 10 mg.
Indications:
1- All dermatophyte infections
of the skin due to :
- trichophyton species.
- microsporum species.
- epidermophyton floccosum.
2- Superficial candidiasis.
Application and dosage:
Exoderm is thinly applied once
daily to the affected skin area
and gently rubbed in.
General recommendations: Before
application the affected skin
area should be cleaned with a
cotton swab and warm water and
thoroughly dried.
To prevent relapses, treatment
should be continued for about 2
weeks beyond the disappearance
of all signs of the disease.
The duration of therapy varies.
It is usually in dermatophyte
infections 2 – 4 weeks.
In superficial candidiasis 4
weeks. |
