Composition:

Each 1 tablet contains: Aminocaproic acid 500 mg.

Indications:

Should be given to stop bleedings resulting from surgical operations, obstetric complications, traumatic injuries, and in selected cases of menorrhagia or haematuria.

Dosage:

Initial dose: 8 – 10 tablets / 4-5gr./ followed by 2 tablets / 1gr./ every one hour until acquiring plasma concentration equivalent to 140 mcg / ml.

The daily dose should not exceed 60 tablets /30 gr/.
